Our Services
We offer a wide variety of services. Please view our main services below. Please contact us if you require any further help.
Conveyancing & Leasing
The buying and selling of a property can be a stressful experience. We have a team of experienced solicitors and conveyancers who will endeavour to make the process as stress-free as possible. We are accredited under the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme. We are able to offer a high-quality, efficient service, which is both professional and personalised to your needs. Accreditation to this scheme means that we are able to act on behalf of most major lenders.
In addition to the sale and purchase of property, we also deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and matrimonial conveyancing, as well as the drafting of leases, tenancy agreements and the sale and purchase of businesses.
For an estimate of our fees, or for a free informal discussion about your proposed transaction, please use our free online calculator. Alternatively, contact us by telephone or email.

Wills & Probate
Have you made a Will?
If not, you will die intestate and it does not follow that all of your assets will pass to your surviving spouse. If you are not married, your partner may not be entitled to anything. If you are separated, your estate may pass to your estranged spouse. In a Will you can make provision for guardians for young children, reduce any inheritance tax liability, set up trusts etc. We would recommend that all adults make a Will to ensure that their assets pass to those persons they wish to inherit them and ensure that loved ones do not suffer any significant financial hardship arising out of the intestacy rules.
Losing a loved one is a difficult time for your family and friends and we at The Richmond Partnership offer a professional, caring and sympathetic service to assist and guide you through the often complicated and confusing legal process.
Powers of Attorney
A Power of Attorney is a document which appoints a third party to deal with your property and financial affairs and/or health issues. Such documents are invaluable for the elderly who may suffer mental or physical disabilities. They are also useful for persons who spend any time out of the country.
There are various types of Powers of Attorney available and we can advise you upon the type which most suits your needs.
Making a Power of Attorney can avoid the necessity for your family to have to make an application to the Court of Protection to deal with your affairs.
